Travel shows are all the rage these days and you won't have to browse Netflix for long to find a decent one to get stuck into.
If you can't decide though, I can offer a personal recommendation that I discovered over the weekend. While enjoying a couple of post-Christmas nights in (*pats self on back*), I came across Conan Without Borders, a six-episode series fronted by, you've guessed it, Conan O'Brien.
While the U.S. talk show host won't be to everyone's taste, I found him at his hilarious best, alternating between deadpan tourist and bratty schoolboy as he gets to know the locals in far-flung places such as South Korea, Cuba and Israel.
The show is all the better if you've visited any of the places and viewers have to admire Conan for his commitment to the cause as he gets stuck into the culture of his host nations.
From learning the languages to the local dances, the Irish-American serves up a travel show with a healthy dollop of mischief as he extends the hand of friendship to countries who, let's just say, wouldn't be massive fans of the good ol' U.S. of A.
