Well, no, you probably have never wondered what that would look like in all honesty... but now you don't have to!
This takes pumpkin carving to a whole new level and we're kind of obsessed, not gonna lie. Wholesome Kitchen in Mullingar unveiled a certain someone carved into a pumpkin, and the likeness is uncanny. They asked the question of who it was, but anyone can see it's the absolute spits of our President Michael D. Higgins.

This amazing creation came from Chef Hairi of Wholesome Kitchen and we're kind of in awe of his craftsmanship. Wholesome Kitchen is known for their amazing healthy food, available for eating in or taking out. If you're a fiend for all things pumpkin, they're also doing a version of the autumn favourite, a pumpkin spice latte.
We wonder if they could do Michael D. Higgins latte art?
