Game Of Thrones just ended and we are all looking for the next hit.

Well, look no further than Sky Atlantic's Chernobyl as it's now the highest rated TV show ever overtaking the likes of Breaking Bad, Planet Earth II and our beloved Game Of Thrones. Breaking Bad has a rating of 9.5 on IMDb with Game Of Thrones just behind it on 9.4 but Chernobyl has just reached 9.6. The show looks at the disaster that happened on April 26, 1986 when a checklist wasn't followed correctly while carrying out a safety test on a reactor at the power plant. The nuclear blast caused 28 deaths and the surrounding neighbourhood was abandoned because of the contamination. This five part mini series tells the story of the disaster but only three episodes have been released so far which means there is still time to get up to date before the final two episodes air.
