The decision has been made to pull The Surjury following the tragic death of Caroline Flack.
Flack was set to front The Surjury, a new Channel 4 show based on cosmetic surgery, but the programme will no longer be aired.
Channel 4 has paid tribute to
Flack and offered condolences to those close to her.
"We are shocked and saddened to hear the tragic news about Caroline Flack," a spokesperson for Channel 4 told
The Metro.
"Our deepest sympathies go out to Caroline’s family and friends. Under the circumstances, we have decided not to broadcast The Surjury."

The premise of the show involved people being judged on their appearance by a jury of their peers, who would ultimately decide whether or not the person should go under the knife.
Its concept proved controversial when it was announced, with many hitting out at the idea of cosmetic surgery being encouraged.
The decision to pull The Surjury from broadcast follows ITV's decision to remove Saturday night's episode of Love Island: Unseen Bits from their schedule out of respect for Flack.
Flack was perhaps best known for her role as presenter of Love Island, a role from which she stood down last December ahead of the winter version of the show.
Current host, Laura Whitmore, struggled to find the words to express her grief at the tragic news.
