Peace has been restored at last - almost six months on and Niall Horan and Dustin the Turkey are friends again.
Former One Direction singer Niall Horan and Dustin the Turkey have finally settled their supposed beef (or should I say poultry?). What in the name of God am I talking about? Let me catch you up to speed.
Making up after a supposed fall out this summer, the whole debacle came about after Nialler made an appearance on The Den earlier this year. Part of a one-off special for the
RTÉ Does Comic Relief line-up, the Mullingar man joined Dustin, Ray D'Arcy and Zig and Zag for a chat and a singsong - with Dustin enraging American Niall Horan fans after he interrupted the singer mid-performance by saying that it was actually Harry Styles they wanted for the show.
Dubbing the comment 'disrespectful', both parties later
responded to the backlash with Dustin trying to clear the air by saying he's "a lover not a fighter". Fast forward six months and it looks like peace has finally been restored as the duo made up for reals this time.
Appearing on The Den once again, Niall said he was willing to patch things up, even inviting Dustin to his house for Christmas dinner.
"Let's get over what happened in the summer. The world went mad after what you did but I am willing to extend the olive branch and I was wondering do you fancy a trip to my house in Mullingar for Christmas Day?"
Clearly delira at the invite, Dustin apologised for cutting Nialler off - putting the world to rights again by confirming that, as suspected, Niall is definitely his number one.
