Kate Middleton couldn't have done much more to maintain her popularity in Ireland during her visit this week.
The Duchess of Cambridge endeared herself to those keeping up with her trip by sipping a Guinness, trying her hand at hurling and Gaelic football, and even got involved in a trad session.
Kate and husband, Prince William, spent some time in Dublin, Kildare, Meath and Galway throughout the three-day visit and the Duchess also gave a subtle nod to Ireland with her outfit choices.
She landed in Dublin on Tuesday
decked out in green and changed into a different green dress later that evening.

Wednesday saw the Royals hit the road for stop-offs in Meath and Kildare and for their time outdoors, Kate kept warm in a beautiful white overcoat.

And on the final day of their trip, Kate pulled on a cosy orange jumper while she tried her hand at Ireland's national sports.

While there were many more outfits sported by the fashionable Kate throughout the visit, the fact that she managed to wear green, white and orange on each of the days was definitely noticed by fans.
In fact, one fan account even predicted in advance that Kate would manage to pull off the lovely, subtle nod to the Irish tricolour.
