Just this week, it was announced that RTÉ would be outsourcing all of its kids programmes to independent production companies as a part of a major budgetary fix. The news has broken hearts all over the country, and many have taken to Twitter to express their distaste and disappointment. One of the disappointed ones happens to be everyone's favourite clown - Bosco, with this sassy response.
