Storm Brian is but a whistle at the moment but he's set to land full force this evening.
This news may just persuade those who are on the fence about a Friday night out that the sofa is their best bet. Luckily, TV3 are throwing up a humdinger of a movie in Changeling starring Angelina Jolie.
The historical thriller stars Jolie as Christine Collins, a mother whose son goes missing and is returned by police.
Collins insists that the returned child is an impostor but her protests are fall on deaf ears as she is portrayed a hysterical and unfit mother.
Jolie was nominated for a Best Actress Academy Award for for what is an incredible performance alongside John Malkovich in this Clint Eastwood-directed thriller.
It's one of those movies where people audibly gasp when you say you haven't seen it so if you haven't you can change that tonight.
