This 16-Year-Old Sang An Incredibly Moving Song For His Nan Who Has Alzheimer’s

You'd think shows like Britain's Got Talent should have seen their day by now, but every once on a while they throw up an absolute gem like this song last night.

Harry Gardener wrote the song 'Not Alone' for his sick granny and, as you can see, it makes for an incredibly moving performance.
