It's Christmas and you don't really have anywhere to go so you may as well add a whopping list of live sport to your festive TV diary.
Covid restrictions mean we'll be spending more time then ever at home this Christmas but thankfully there's more than enough live sport on TV to keep us going.
From the seemingly incessant Premier League schedule to the World Darts Championships, horse racing , rugby and all the Stateside action, there's plenty to get stuck into.
Starting with Wednesday, December 23 and running right up until Sunday, January 3, here's our list of 12 days live sport on TV over Christmas...
Wednesday, December 23
Pour yourself a nice cool glass of Carabao and get stuck into the EFL Cup. Everton take on Manchester United in the competition's quarter-final and both clubs will want to progress as they look to getting their hands on a trophy in April. Kick-off is at 8pm on Sky Sports Main Event and will be proceeded by Stoke City against Tottenham Hotspur at 5.30pm.
Thursday, December 24
It's Christmas Eve so a dearth of live sport is fairly understandable. However, if you want to stay up late you can watch the Boston Celtics take on the Milwaukee Bucks on the second day of the 2020/2021 NBA season. It gets underway at half past midnight on Sky Sports Mix. Just save a seat for Santa.
Friday, December 25
Merry Sportsmas, sports fans! The NBA action continues with a triple header consisting of Miami Heat v New Orleans Pelicans (5pm), Milwaukee Bucks v Golden State Warriors (7.30pm) and Boston Celtics v Brooklyn Nets (10pm). The bumper line-up will all be screened live on Sky Sports Mix.
Staying Stateside, there's also some NFL on offer when the Minnesota Vikings take on the New Orleans Saints from 9.30pm, on Sky Sports NFL.
Saturday, December 26
We were going to recommend the Munster v Leinster game but that's now been postponed due to a Covid-19 testing issue.
Instead, enjoy some horse racing from Leopardstown on RTE 2 and a plethora of Premier League football on Sky Sports.
Sunday, December 27
Settle in for an approximate nine-hour long quadruple-header of Premier League football. Wolves v Tottenham promises to be quite the Christmas cracker at 7.15pm. Before that there's Leeds v Burnley (12pm), West Ham v Brighton (2.15pm) and champions Liverpool v WBA (4.30) and it's all available on Sky Sports Premier League.
Monday, December 28
You can catch some horse racing action from the third day of the Leopardstown festival on RTE 2.
Tuesday, December 29
Manchester United v Wolves will be on from 8pm on Premier Sports.
Wednesday, December 30
We're getting to the tail end of the World Darts Championships and you can catch all the action throughout the day on Sky Sports Darts.
