WATCH: A Kilkenny City Street Was Closed After A Car Caught Fire This Morning

This is just nuts.

Ormonde Street in the centre of Kilkenny City was closed momentarily this morning after a car caught fire across the road from Coláiste Pobail Osraí.

This video, recorded by Beat 102 103 shows the Peugeot 207 alight on the side of the road. The flame is believed to have stayed alight for around 20 minutes.

Scary, right?

Thankfully, no injuries were reported and Ormonde Street reopened shortly after.
