This Galway Bar Is Now Serving A Buckfast Mojito

Can you even say you're Irish if you're not familiar with the sweet, distinct taste of Buckfast Tonic Wine?

No, probably not.

It's been dubbed as a 'supernatural power of destruction', 'Ireland's answer to Four Loko' and as 'a bottle 'o' Bucky'.

This bar in Galway have created the ultimate tribute to our nation's 'favourite' drink: a frozen mojito cocktail. 

Although it looks refreshing and delicious in this photo I kind of struggle to imagine what it would actually be like.

Buckfast is recognised by it's pungent smell and syrupy consistency, but perhaps it's different when frozen and mixed with mint and lime?
