After the hectic summer months, we all need a little zen in our lives.
Optimum Health is hosting a one-day yoga festival in Galway City along with some of the county's most experienced Yoga teachers.
The one day festival on Sunday promises to nourish the mind, body and soul with different yoga styles and will cater for total beginners to the more seasoned pros.
There'll also be elements of dance, mindfulness and meditation while you'll also get a chance to try out Gong Baths, massage, kinesiology and woodland walks.
Most of the workshops and classes will take place in the Knocknacarra Community Centre on the Cappagh Road from 10am until 6pm on Sunday.
