PICS: Ed Sheeran Came To Galway And The Place Lost The Run Of Itself

The rumour mill went into overdrive last night as word spread that Ed Sheeran had been spotted in Galway.

It turned out he was hanging out and/or shooting a video in O'Connor's pub in Salthill before heading down to the Long Walk later in the evening.

Of course being the international superstar that he is and with his Galway connections, it's fair to say some people in the city lost the plot a little bit. 

It was like 'Beatlemania' for the 21st century.
