This horsebox cafe in Meath has combined two of our greatest passions in life

50 years from now when I'm asked what got us through the pandemic-ridden roaring twenties, my answer will be simple.

Coffee and pizza, obvs. Usually you can't get these two delicacies in the one spot, but we've found a way to cope. Pretty brave I know. As we've established so far - they sell coffee. They make tasty pizzas and treats. Seriously, this is the stuff that dreams are made of. P.I.M.T are open from 6am til 5pm Monday - Friday and 8am til 5 on weekends, so loads of opportunities to get your coffee and/or pizza fix.
