The Perch in Cork serving up these dreamy cocktails. Now The Buttery in Limerick has jumped on the trend, spreading the candy floss love.

The Buttery introduces Lost in the Clouds, a light, vodka based cocktail with candy floss in the top of the glass. It comes with a shot of prosecco to pour over the candy floss, perfect for getting lost in the clouds.
