Aimsir is a two-starred fine dining Michelin restaurant based in the gorgeous Cliff at Lyons in Celbridge. Led by husband and wife team Jordan Bailey and Majken Bech-Bailey, Aimsir aims to "celebrate what can be sown, harvested, fished and foraged on the island of Ireland". A table at this restaurant is highly sought after and people are more than happy to wait monthhhss to sample... But, now you can try a delicious meal from this Michelin star at home! These guys are bringing the at-home meal box trend to the next level! This is a BBQ meal box, made for top-notch casual dining with friends and family "to be enjoyed down the park, on the beach or in the safety of your garden". The Instagram blurb notes that each box will contain "all the essentials like salads, grilled vegetables, dressings, sauces, and bread".
