Brought to you from the streets of New York City, and from the genuises in The Dead Rabbit, to the shores of Ireland - we present to you, beer fusion cocktails.
Massimo, Galway and Sligo's White Hag brewery have joined forces to create something completely unique and totally sublime.
Massimo’s resident mixologist Dylan Murray has blended the White Hag’s range of Sour Beers with his own gin, vodka and tequila-based cocktails, resulting in a new beer-liquor fusion range of cocktails.
Yummmmm. And just in time for summer too!
The cocktails launch this Friday, May 12 in Massimo on William Street West, Galway.
