Gardaí Arrest Man And Woman On Suspicion Of Terrorist Activity

Gardaí have arrested two people on suspicion of terrorist activity. According to the Irish Independent, an operation took place in Waterford today which resulted in the arrest of a man and a woman who are both in their 20s. They were arrested on suspicion of having committed offences under the Criminal Justice Terrorist Offences Act, 2005 They are now being held at Waterford Garda Station and are detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
