The guys over at Jungle Cafe, also have their little beach hut operating at Salthill Beach aptly names Jungle Beach Break. So if you don't have time for a brunch or lunch - why not go for a stroll, take in the fresh Atlantic Sea air and grab yourself a coconut or a cheeky iced coffee.
