The sister restaurant to the Michelin-starred Loam, Éan has reopened their bakery doors for the first time this year.
New kid on the block, Éan first opened its doors in November of last year. Only just getting into the swing of things, the team took an extended break after Christmas... which ended up lasting far longer than anyone anticipated. But the good news is that they're back and full of beans.
Reopen as of 10am this morning, they'll be operating as a takeaway until further notice.
"We’ve missed you! We’ve missed baking and braising and slinging coffee at ye and generally serving the city so we’re back! We’re back as of this Thursday with takeaway pastries, sourdough, coffees and a selection of sarnies, and other offerings to be announced this weekend.
"We are excited and giddy and nervous and full of ideas and energy and looking forward to seeing ye all. You all know the drill, be responsible, wear a mask, stay safe, keep people around you safe, don’t cluster and be sensitive and mindful humans and we’ll all get through this!"

Also launching a new dine-at-home meal kit too. Available to order for collection at weekends only, the first one is due for release on March 12th with the menu to change every fortnight.
Designed to feed two people generously, each one costs €75 (€90 with wine) and can be collected from the restaurant on Druid Lane on Friday or Saturday between 4pm and 6pm. In limited supply, customers can get their hands on one via the Éan
