Galway chef running online cooking classes for kids

Organised by Galway chef and local restaurateur JP McMahon, the idea proved to be so popular that he's since added a second date for the online cooking classes.  Stuck for ideas on how to keep the kiddos busy? An online cooking course is sure to entertain them for a while... and let's be honest, having a new little kitchen helper to lend a hand come dinner time would be a definite bonus. Headed up Galway chef JP McMahon - the owner of several local spots, including the Michelin-starred Aniar Restaurant - he's a big advocate for old traditional cooking and preservation methods. Deciding to add a second kids cookery course date "due to phenomenal demand", the plan is for it to run concurrently with the first.
