Orson Welles' Christmas Carol, returns this year, promising a hilarious festive night out that's suitable for audiences of any age.
Running until 17 December at Smock Alley Theatre, the play is based on true events and tells the story of radio superstar Orson Welles and his Mercury Theatre gang. Gearing up to present A Christmas Carol in New York live on Christmas Eve 1938, it follows the chaos that ensues when the group loses their Scrooge ahead of the big performance.

Straight Line Crazy at Pavilion Theatre
For one night only on 24 November, the Pavillion Theatre is screening a live recording of the hit London Theatre Live show,
Straight Line Crazy.
Starring Ralph Fiennes, Straight Line Crazy tells the story of Robert Moses, an urban planner and public official in New York. Though he was never elected to office, Moses was considered one of the city's most powerful individuals, a master manipulator whose legacy and determination changed the city forever.
Candlelit Tales at The Sugar Club

Candlelit Tales, returning to The Sugar Club on 22 November, does exactly that, offering an evening out filled with immersive mythology and storytelling.

Cézanne, Portraits of a Life at Pavillion Theatre
For art lovers, an unmissable glimpse into the work and life of 20th-century artist
Paul Cézanne will be streamed at the Pavillion Theatre on Wednesday 30 November.
For one night only, audiences will get a unique glimpse into the mind of one of the era's most celebrated impressionists. Narrated by Brian Cox and filmed at the National Portrait Gallery in London, the film will take you through Cézanne's life and work, utilising expert interviews and correspondence with the artist himself.
Beauty and the Beast at Bord Gáis Energy Theatre

Beauty and the Beast takes over the Bord Gáis stage later this month as part of its UK and Ireland tour, promising a truly magical adaption of the beloved original film.
