The Adorable Little Fox Café In Clare Must Be Tried

I love hunting down the best brunch spots in the country and filling my Instagram feed with foodie goodness.

My boyfriend and I travel around Ireland in his campervan in our spare time and a highlight of this is being able to stop off at these places. Our next trip will be to Co. Clare, a favourite of ours and an annual tradition. While he's making sure the van is in check, I of course am planning our meals and this place in particular is something I'm very excited about.

Run by chef Niamh Fox, Little Fox serves delicious locally grown food, intertwined with the natural rhythm of the season, cooked with heart and flare.
