A Monaghan butcher has created a Kinder Bueno pork sausage

We've heard of Kinder Bueno ice cream, Kinder Bueno cheesecake and Kinder Bueno Croissants. But this is a first! We love sausages. We love Kinder Buenos. The combination is intriguing but also slightly distressing. Sweet. Savoury. Chocolatey. With a slight wafer crunch perhaps? However, we stand corrected as the butcher says that they're flying out and very popular! In fairness, we're so fascisnated by this combo that we need to give them a try. Stephen Larmer is a butcher from Newbliss in Monaghan, and he's the man responsible for the creation of the Kinder Bueno Pork Sausage. One local woman, gave them a try and her response was "oh wow, yum...it tastes hazelnutty, its not chocolate chocolate but you can taste a hint of chocolate..." She's seems to be a big fan of Larmer's Butchers as she also mentions that they have the best rib eye steaks in Ireland!
