The Fota Fitness Mega Bootcamp is a one-day fitness extravaganza that is bound to whip you into shape fairly lively.
Taking place October 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Fota Island Fitness and Fota Island Adventure have come together to put together an intensive work out that mixes body weight, resistance and team-work exercises.
The so-called "fun" will start with a group warm-up after which participants will be split into groups and work up a sweat under the watchful eye of the Fota ‘Drill Sergeants’.
