Cork man Keith Stanton wanted to pop the question to his wonderful girlfriend Liz in a memorable fashion, so he enlisted the help of The Pat Fitz Band to give her a bit of a surprise.

The stunt involved the interruption of his other half's takeaway night, a bogus story involving a smoking fuse box, a tonne of candles, and a hidden wedding band.

The result will make you blub.
