With towering skyscrapers overhead, sun worshippers regularly flock to Haeundae Beach where they can top up there tan next to the Sea Of Japan.
The city has often been compared aesthetically to Miami or Los Angeles but its stunning Gwangalli Bridge is more likely to draw mental images of the Golden Gate in San Francisco. Looking at it from the bars and restaurants along Gwangalli Beach is a sight to behold.

Another reason Busan is famous is because of the Jagalchi Fish Market in the city. The area draws in seafood-loving visitors from far and wide and while there they can try everything from crabs to clams to live octopus. Yep.

South Korea very much possesses a late-night culture and it's at night when Busan really comes alive. Bars and nightspots around Hyundae stay open late and are always filled with locals, tourists and expats alike.

Busan is a great spot to visit from around April until September but when the winter months kick in, things get a bit quieter.
