The best part is that you can enjoy your brunch with one of their summer-inspired cocktails out on their beautiful waterfall terrace on sunnier days. The seasonal menu changes every 12 weeks and is based around which wild ingredients are available to pick and forage, while cocktails are inspired by the flavours of summer such as gooseberry, honeysuckle, peach leaf, and meadowsweet. Cask has won a huge number of awards since it opened in February 2017, including Bar of the Year, Cocktail Bar of the Year and World Class Irish Bartender of the Year.
Bryan McCarthy, head chef at Cask, said, “For the brunch menu at Cask we wanted to keep it simple, offering no-frills brunch favourites with the focus firmly on the quality of the ingredients which we’ve sourced from some wonderful local producers.
“We’re delighted with how it has turned out and we think people are going to love it.”
Brunch is available from 10am to 3pm every Saturday and Sunday, and Cask is also open daily for lunch and dinner from 12.30pm to 10pm.
